WAIT, given the case the IPSW file might be corrupted, have you tried re-downloading it?

E 3014 means that Apple Server connection couldn't be stablished.
E 3004 if i can recall correctly means that the update is corrupted, so try replacing the file.

if the problem is in the hosts file, that means cydia has modified it, just remove any cydia entries in it to revert. it should be in windows/system32/drivers/etc

I did it....it returns the error 3104 after the itunes extract the software to restore....the HOSTS file is empty

Then what the hell is going on? I've never heard a case like this.
I'm sure the problem is caused by iTunes trying to check the software file...

Do it from another PC, one where you've never connected your device before. Make sure that this "other pc" has a fresh installation of Itunes.

If it fails, try it from another...i don't want to think that your device has the problem.
