Hi

I've looked and cannot find anyone else who appears to have this problem...

I've installed iOS 13 on my phone and iPad, and Catalina on my MBP. The iPhone and MacBook Pro are able to search for apps in the AS just fine, but for some reason my iPad keeps saying Cannot Connect to App Store. No matter what I search for, and it happens more or less straight away.

Wifi is working. I can browse websites. I can search via Google for the app in question to give me an AS link, but when I tap the link it just says it can't connect. I've rebooted and I really don't want to try another fresh install.

Is anyone else having this problem, and can anyone suggest possible fixes?

Edit again, just checked Apple's services page and it's saying all the app stores are knackered at the moment...
