Try this command in a Terminal window:
"SetFile -d 12/12/2020 /Path/to/folder".
So, you'll type out "SetFile -d /12/12/2020", then a space after 2020, and then you'll drag the sans titre folder into the Terminal window. After that, hit Return. If the command works, try opening that same folder again.

The It asked me to download XCode or something to which I said yes... It's downloading...
Now it aked me to update my system... Not sure It's going to work as I am stocked at High Sierra and cannot go any further since my Macbook Air is late 2010...
Also, in your Terminal, remove the "/Path/to/folder" folder part. That's just means to drag the folder into the Terminal windows. I should've been more clear. You just need "SetFile -d 12/12/2020" followed by dragging your folder into the Terminal window.
Wait wait wait... The second folder I can open now... Not sure If It was the one I use or the first one... First one still can't open but second I can... !!!
I am looking what's inside and there are a few folders...
Ok I did 3 in a row and It all works... the untitled all opens (the 3 I tried at least) so far...
So, now it's a matter of finding my stuff within all those folders inside folders inside folders?
Do that command on every one of those san titre folders. It'll be tedious. And go through each one to see if you can find any of those files you're looking for.
After you've done that, I suggest running Disk Utility on that external drive to see if it finds any problems and can fix them. It might take a very long time to complete so just let it run. Post any results here.
Tedious It will be indeed but thankfully I am very patient...
I just found one with user and my name and I found a few things (not what I am looking for) but a "desktop" of 2-3 years ago with a few pictures, songs and stuff so it's there...
Now, how will I find my stuff I don't know as there are LOTS of folders...
