I think I must be missing something.

When I use the Music app, I can adjust the music volume with a slider at the top of the application's window. I use this to keep my music's volume much lower than I do my system sounds. However, if I open a music video in that application, the slider doesn't control the video's volume. The video window itself has a slider at the lower left, but that doesn't adjust the volume either.

How can I adjust a music video volume without adjusting the overall system volume?

Same here

It used to be in 12.2 that for me it was only intermittently doing this. Now it seems permanent

Here's a couple more

1. Minimise the video window, then maximise it - mouse cursor completely lost until Music is doing something other than that video
2. Mix video and non-video tracks in a playlist and playback stops once it's played a video and the next track isn't video

Thanks for the reply. I wonder if volume control works for anyone.
