I searched in google for my local apple store. When that came up, it offered a chat option, as well as phone and something else. I knew the phone would just go to Apple support, and not my local store - I did that before. So I hoped that the chat would be my store, but it wasn't. I told the person that I had waited more than 48 hours for the emailed FedEX label, and could they help me to return it to my store. I asked for some way to skip the line. Instead, they offered my the FedEx pickup . It has now been picked up ( without needing the label, FedEx put the label on it ).
