Can’t recover m1 machine

I can’t recover my machine from the macOS Server. I keep getting the error below.

I go into first aid first and erase the HD then I reboot and go to reinstall Ventura and get this message.

Apple says servers aren’t down.

Any ideas?

If the internet recovery isn’t working, then could you try making a bootable installer with a USB flash drive? Or is that your only Mac you have access to?
