zuluworks.com A buddy of mine from another iphone forum makes these cases. He is giving a 20 percent off discount untill Friday. I got "The Day Tripper" It comes in a variety of colors. I got the Leather one it looks and feels great. It has a clip on the back which rotates 360. Interesting... Nicer than some of the other ones I've seen.

As far as which case I'm planning on getting, I'm not even sure if I will be getting a case for it yet since it will remain in my pocket (a pocket reserved solely for the iPhone, mind you) when not in use.

Will that Marware case be available at ATT stores or the Apple Store?

Would be nice to see it in person before I decide. Am I reading correctly in that description that there will be some sort of mechanism holding the iPhone in place inside that case? Would hate to pop it open and then drop it.

super nice find bold... but can u take it out easily .. like for example if i was constantly texting every 5 minutes .. is it easy to take out of the case?? . and is the latch like easy to open.. cuz sum1 can just push it and steal my iphone :mad:
 
The leather cases look tacky as hell, sorry.

The Quick Vue looks nice, but a belt clip is kind of the same as a Douchebag sign over your head.

The rubber ones look interesting, but the pictures are bad - I'd have to see them up-close.

Hahahaha! My thoughts exactly, i like the thin, sleek rubber cases that aren't bulky like the plastic or leather cases.
 
I may get some sort of case. but if I do, it for sure won't be a super-nerd belt clip case. the only people who should wear things clipped to their belts are police officers...

I like the Quick Vue, and at first I was discouraged of the belt clip, but this case would be perfect for when putting the phone inside my bookbag (in a safe pocket but still...) or in my softball bag. I wondered about the permanent belt clip, but thought maybe I can just clip it to the inside of a bag to keep it from sloshing all around, plus I could possibly clip it to my visor in my car to keep it out of the way but still accessible. I only have a little room in my car console area (cup holder) and I'd rather not store it there.

Thoughts to these ideas? I'd probably store it in a slip sleeve (like the iPod slip sleeve or an Oakley bag) while in my pocket exclusive to the iPhone only.

Ok...thoughts?

thats pretty much my thinking on it. it looks durable enough that i can just clip it to a pocket in my backpack or messenger bag, and if i jut gonna have it in my pocket ill have a screen protector and whatever sleeve it comes with in my pocket.
 
I just bought the hipster case from Incipio. Never heard of the company before, but they were listed in iLounge's iPhone accessory list. The case is exactly what I want and need, a horizontal leather case with a fixed belt clip. They are offering free shipping with shipping on the 28th, but I called to make sure my order had gone through and the girl said they had the cases already, so they may ship earlier. I plan on getting this case with the full possibility of buying another on Friday should one present itself. I wish Apple would make one that came with iPhone or sell one reasonably priced (leather iPod case anyone?) but who knows if they will or not. I will return the one I bought if I do find another one, but the DLO HipCase going to be sold at AT&T is ugly, brown/black and it's velcro! I can't be opening and closing my velcro case in class. That's just frowned upon.

eww.. i just bought the belkin black holster and the screen protectors rite under it .. from this list http://www.iphonescases.com/.. now those look hot:D :p

I wouldn't buy the Quick Vue iPhone Case because it had a permanently attached belt clip, but because it looks nice. I would keep it in my pocket even if I did buy this case, and I wouldn't utilize the belt clip at all.

I agree w/ that for the most part. I'd utilize the belt clip, but it'd come nowhere near my belt...just inside my backpack & softball bag and perhaps on my visor. It's a great looking case though...

I got it for everyday use, its very similar to the one I have for my treo. I would like quickvue to keep in my pocket at work so its a little safer... who knows, still need to get a jawbone too so im runnin out of money haha

Oh by the way the case came with a plastic slip the size of the iphone, UGH its so small and thin, I have had 3 different versions of the treo and am sick of a thick phone, its gonna be so nice

What's your review of the case so far? Does it have a belt clip (hope not). I'm looking for something for quick everyday use also, but to get the Marware for a more lengthy protection solution. I couldn't tell much on Amazon about it, and haven't seen it much mentioned around the forums both on here and over at everythingiPhone.

I'm just hoping the iPhone comes with a slip like the iPod does. I don't need something heavy duty, just something to protect from the inside of my pocket continuously rubbing on the face of the iPhone.

So after looking around the web again for cases, even after I bought the one above, I found some even more beautifully designed cases and have since decided to get the iQase SiDE case. It looks much nicer and slimmer than the hipster. It doesn't hurt that they took notes from Apple.com's new navigation bar whilst designing the website.
