It would be great if they came with a slip like iPods do, but having a case is much easier for accessing the phone while the slips do require a little more work to get them out.

What's your review of the case so far? Does it have a belt clip (hope not). I'm looking for something for quick everyday use also, but to get the Marware for a more lengthy protection solution. I couldn't tell much on Amazon about it, and haven't seen it much mentioned around the forums both on here and over at everythingiPhone.

I have this case as well, it looks pretty good and seems like it will work out nicely. It does have a non-removable clip on the back built in, however it doesn't stick out too much if you want to just clip it onto the top of your pocket, or just put it in. there is about 1-1/2 inches above where the clip is that your phone would stick out if you clipped it to your pocket. The inside material seems like it will be a good smooth surface for the screen. The marware looks like a cool case but its also seems very bulky. I am going to stick with the belkin for the first few months until some manufacturers get their hands on the phone and start getting creative.

I want something like that, but I don't want bare parts of the phone showing. Thats all I need, ride to work on my bike and get the phone scrapped on all sorts of things. (Not like hitting cars, talking about mild brushes)

Chances are, when I buy the phone I will be buying a temp case until I find what I am looking for.

Swivel clip? Not horizontal. Now that makes me saw eww.

saw eeww???? umm ok ... it stays horizontal tho if u want it ... it has a lock .. plus i can rotate it with ease .. easy to take out.. not like the quick vue .. having to open up and unlock everytime u get a text .. every 5 minutess or so .. itd get annoying real quick... plus it looks perfect 4 nerds lol

Finally!

After much search and wasted hourly pay, I finally bought a case for my iPhone, and a screen protector. I got the SiDE and the FiLM from www.iQase.com I checkedout beyza, nice case but the magnetic clip is behind the case and it has a nipple! tough to align, I did not like that belt-clip either.
iQase was definately nicer.

Now when is that iPhone coming out again? oh yeh, 3 hrs in line on Friday. What book to buy?

Very nice find! I will definitely be getting me one of these Black SiDE iQase's for my iPhone, along with the FiLM.

I was debating between the SiDE and the SWiFT, and I prefer the SWiFT due to the closing on the top and it looks pretty good. It's a tough decision for me, but I'll end up getting the Black SiDE + iFilm probably.

I really like this case that I currently have for my treo (in black). It opens down instead of up so it protects the dock connector when its closed.

I can't wait to see what Vaja comes up with for the iphone. They always have some unique designs.

I say go with the SiDE, but do you really think the iFilm is necessary? After all the reviews out so far, I seem to think scratches are really not that big of an issue.

that one if anything, that is. all the reviews say they've basically abused the thing in their pockets with nary a mark on it, so i'll probably take my chances on no case to begin with.

if i go with something, it'll be the Remix Clear.

as far as those clear film screen protectors, i hear those can't be used with the iPhone. any confirmation or debunking on that?

For that reason, I did not include one in my SiDE order. I think the screen will be fine; its the casing that I'd be worried about.
