What program do you guys use to put captions on? Photoshop? Funnily enough, I use MS paint, and it comes out all wrong..

Those captions remind me of Skitch for some reason...

I personally actually like the first one better than the one at ICHCB.
On a Mac I use Skitch because it's just so great. Otherwise, Photoshop, Photoshop Elements, Gimp, etc, are all good options. Impact is the official font of lolcats, typically white with an outline (sometimes black with a white outline instead).
