My kitties make great alarm clocks, they come around at 10:30 begging for food, works much better than any alarm clock that I can turn off in my sleep. I can't shut up the cat from my bed but can manage to get up and push F7 on my PB when it is on the other side of the room. I even tried a command line player but I somehow manage to stop that too. Unplugging the keyboard does no good as it is a laptop.
