I encountered one cellular panic crash today at work. That was with dual-eSim active. I had none (that I know of) this weekend with only one eSim active.

Could it be related to dual-Sim?

I’m not on any kind of dual sim,

So it’s not because of that for sure.

15 pro with 18.1 at orange pl and still the same cellular issue, just a little bit less frequent, looks like they're fixing it carrier by carrier

after submitting feedback report "System data" eats all the space, no matter if enhanced analytics/share reports is enabled/disabled. had to restore from backup multiple times to get rid of it, but after a while it's starts growing again.

Yeah it seems now my issue has gotten worse after the revised B4 helped a little.

Again, I’m on EE in the UK and 15 Pro Max.

Since installing iOS 18.0 (22A5316k) on Saturday I have also experienced some sporadic signal drops while on the move. I have a dual-SIM setup, with a normal SIM and an eSIM with different providers.

While driving today I noticed total blackouts for both lines (never had these before) or just for one line of the two. As I was driving along my usual route, my theory is that there might be something wrong with the signal handover between the phone masts, so probably an issue with the modem bit in the latest beta. Not crucial, but can be annoying if you are on a phone call, so hopefully will get fixed in the coming betas.

On previous betas (i.e. pre iOS 18), modem dropouts would seem to usually wait until after I hung up the phone.

3 times today I’ve lost cellular while on the phone. The caller phoned back and my 15PM sat there for a few mins with no signal while my M4 cellular iPad was ringing. Both on EE UK iPad is only a 4G plan thou. It’s only my 15PM loosing cellular for some reason

Did you set your iPhone to 4G only?

Noticed also that's happening mostly when on the move, when switching towers.

The only solution I've found as a temporary workout is using another sim/carrier (play pl) as data line (instead of orange pl, which shares some infra with t-mobile pl), it prevents the cellular dropout, even the calls over secondary line works fine.

Happens even at home.

I first noticed it while driving - but even sat at home in one spot where other non iOS 18 B4 are located - only happens to my 15 PM on the Beta software.

All devices same network.
