Changing a Keyboard Shortcut Assigned by an App?

I have SQUARE CHARGE enabled on my computer and it assigns Command+Shift+I somehow to make it active. I have always had that key combination assigned in Photoshop, but this now overrides Photoshop. I see no place inside the Square App to change this key combination and I can't see it in Settings>Keyboard? Any idea how to change this?

Setting a keyboard shortcut for the same menu of the app in Keyboard - Keyboard Shortcuts- App Shortcuts should override Command+Shift+I.
