It's anonymous, you just see the other person and that's it, no phone number. How long till apple pulls this? And if they do I imagine that the severs the app uses would be shut down.

Just because it is going to be like ChatRoulette with a bunch of guys doing you know what - probably not as bad, but still. Even though it has a 17+ warning, I just didn't think Apple would allow it seeing as how they have approached "overtly sexual" apps in the past.

A chat app is "overtly sexual" in the same way the Mail app is. Of course it can be used that way, and I'm sure people will, but if Apple block it under that logic they should ban FaceTime too

There's also been random chat apps on the App Store since at least Feburary (just did a search for "random chat" in the App Store).

Actually, it's a reference to ChatRoulette. Another URL for ChatRoulette is chatr.com. Thus, iChatr is iChatRoulette.

Edit: Forget that... Chatr.com used to lead to ChatRoulette. Doesn't anymore though.

i wouldnt trust it. i went to chat roulette once and 4 of the 10 quick clicks a guy was jacking. 3 had no shirt 1 had a mask on and 2 where normal. just messed up.
