I do, but because of the shade of yellow none of the photos are accurate to what it’s really like

Awesome. Thanks for that...I just went to the Apple Store and saw it under the glass. I see what you mean, it definitely had a darker/orangish tint to it. 6 - 8 weeks lead time on this one! Insane. Was this one available right after WWDC? I don't recall the shipping time being so far out.
edit: Sapphire also has a lengthy shipping time. 3 - 4 weeks for that one.
So I went on to order the Sunflower CB today and it's already sold out! Bummer, maybe they weren't selling well? I'll keep my eye on it for the next few days to see if there's any change. Don't think I've yet seen a product like the bands sell out this fast after release.
You're right. The day of the keynote I failed to pull the trigger and a week later I went back and they were sold out. I'm hoping it's just temporary. Perhaps they didn't make a lot and were just trying to gauge the demand for it.

I had to hunt for the storm grey CB on ebay after it vanished from the Apple store …
This isn't the first time for me either, I've scoured eBay for the Marigold CB too. Isn't it the best feeling when you actually find it though? That's cool you got the SG, it's a great color.I konw that feeling

UPDATE: managed to snag a Sunflower CB on bestbuy.com. They must have just added them, as I checked a day or 2 ago and didn't see anything. Anyway, good stuffI konw that feeling
Yes, I like it a lot and it's one of the bands that you rarely see.

I'll post some photos on wednesday(expected delivery date!) and I do have the Taupe, It's one of my favorites as well. I love how it's color changes in various lighting.Yes, I like it a lot and it's one of the bands that you rarely see.

WOW … the sunflower looks super pretty and vibrant! Makes the marigold look quite subdued, dull even. I will very probably have to get the sunflower now, this is too good to ignore, I think.
Do you think you'll still find occasions to wear the marigold? I think I may sell it when I get the sunflower.

No problem, happy to do it! I think I'll hang on to the Marigold for the time being. I like having different shades of yellow although I agree with your comments about it appearing dull next to the Sunflower.
If you decide to order one soon, check out Best Buy. I couldn't find anyone else selling it. Cheers!
