What I've read leads me to believe that CleanMyMac works well in the hands of someone who uses it properly, but it is a program that many people seem to have trouble mastering.

Yeah but... any problems?? Just hearsay of people who never used CleanMyMac, guess they mix it up with MacKeeper, which is really ugly.
