iPad Clear Back Covers for iPad Air

Hi everyone I am new here. I got an iPad air as my first iPad and am looking for a clear back case.
^ That case looks really good. Seems to even cover the volume rocker and power button. Is it matte finished as given in the description on the amazon link or is it plasticky? Also can you please post a picture of the way the smart case merges with the back case?
P.S: Are those scratches on the case in the first picture or a reflection of some kind as I see it even in the second picture?

Here are some pictures with the smart cover on. There is a lip that goes around the case so the smart cover might not be in total contact with the screen when closed but it still turn the ipad on and off and sticks to the ipad when closed.

They look good, but I don't like that slight gap on the side where the Smart Cover attaches, they could have made the gap much less
I picked up the Belkin clear shell at Best Buy the other day. It fits well and the weight is minimal. However, I had the same shell on my iPad3 and it scratched easily and finally started cracking at the corner after 7 or 8 months. I just need something to protect the iPad back from scratches and camera lens when placed on a table. I'll keep looking because unless belkin increased the quality- it won't last long.
