I heard from him a few times today by email and....I must admit i am feeling a little sorry for him now (!). He seemed more apologetic & generally overwhelmed. Sounds like it was a combination of being a relatively new seller, problems with his supplier and a lot of orders at once. I will feel better when I receive my case of course.
He told me that he hadn't received the shipment today (he had told me that he *expected* a shipment today) - but hopefully tomorrow. He also told me that he was trying to get back to everyone that emailed him and thought he had. If you haven't heard from him and have an outstanding order (that hasn't been cancelled), drop him an email - hopefully you will hear back. He also said he was removing the listing that shows they are in stock (I haven't checked recently to see if he has done so).
My main concern was that I hadn't heard from him for a couple days after emailing him ...and I was worried that he was going to (as Steve Miller once said)...Take the Money and Run - and that he hadn't removed the listing. If I stop hearing from him again or if I don't get my case fairly soon, then that will likely change.
