After threatening him with negative feedback, I received an immediate response:

I have spoken to usps, they have said that at my local processing center there has been issues past 2 days. I am very sorry for all of these issues and no responces. A family memeber has just recently passed away and have not been at work. I really understand the situtaion that I have put everyone through and am very sorry for all of these f**k ups.

At this point, I am skeptical. He has a Blackberry, he can clearly respond quickly when he feels the need to.
 
^ there were around 15 excuses in that short message. I would give him benefit of the doubt if he didn't only respond when badgered and seem to keep lieing about shipments.

Oh and to this day he claims to have over 10 in stock.
 
I just asked him which local processing center he uses. If we can get the phone number I'd be more than happy to call them and see if what he's saying is the truth (highly doubt it). Let's see if he responds to me.

I also sent an email to usps to find out the current status of the tracking number he provided. Now im gonna go get drunk.

Funny, I did the same thing (asked for the local processing # or the# of the person he spoke to). No response of course!
 
Leaving negative feedback now. I'm leaving town Monday for 3 months and I won't see my case until then, if it even arrives. I've given him plenty of time.

Though he deserves it at this point, it hurts to see his % drop so hard from a couple reviews. Feels like when I got my superviser fired yesterday. He deserved it for trying to screw me over, but I can still commiserate. Those percentages are important. :p
 
A few more negatives and his feedback is gonna drop big time. If I don't hear from him soon with the usps phone # I'll be leaving mine.

Got a response from my case I opened

"yes i am very sorry. there has been a recent tragedy in my family and have not been able to get around to all of my customers. all my orders have shipped and usps.com website has not updated but please give it intill monday and you will see that your order is on its way."

I don't have much choice to wait until Monday. It better ship soon if it does, I move at the end of the week. Would have to go through forwarding hassles ontop of all this.

Got the response you did. Well we waited this long what's a few more days. It better be in the mailbox Monday when I get home from work!
 
Since he didn't ship my item yet, I guess I'm going to just have him change the address on my package. Hopefully he's not incompetent to the point where that's too difficult of a task.
 
I emailed him this morning and got a quick response - pretty much the same as Zepaw got. He said I'd see that it's shipped on Monday. Not sure how that will work as I have no tracking number. :rolleyes:

If I don't see any movement by Wenesday or Thursday I'll start raising Cain.

This is one of two shipments that have gone astray in the last couple of weeks (the other is not iPad related). I swear I'll order only from Amazon from now on!

I was thinking the same thing about amazon. That 50.00 Belkin doesn't seem to bad now.

He boasts on his auction how he ships out fast, immediate after payment, speedy, and is still selling these with 'many in stock'. that;s wrong.

He needs to man up and be honest. the negative feedback is already starting on his profile. he must cherish these $10 sales over any longterm ebay selling.
just refund our money if you can;t live up to your auction terms. this game is boring now. be honest and man up.

So true. No matter how odd this situation gets I keep leaving a bit of room for him telling the truth because why the hell would he through away his good rating after 170 sales over a few cheap ipad cases? I don't believe they will ship, but since it was his response to my case I opened I should wait until then before I try to push as hard as I can for a stupid $10 refund.
 
So after opening a case through eBay, they ruled in my favor and I received a full refund in my paypal account. At this point I suggest everybody open a case with eBay and you will get a full refund. I'm off to leave my negative feedback now.
 
Man, those were some fast shipping here. Just received both Switheasy Nude and 12 bucks eBay case. Ordered Switheasy on last Friday, and its here today...wow. Here are 2 photos. Obviously, Nude is always better :D
I am going to try them on the iPad now.

Alright, i just put it on my iPad. Its not bad at all. For 12 bucks, its worth every penny. Very well fitting, good grip, wrap around the edges. I see some tiny dusts in the materiel, (and maybe some so called water marks? :confused:) but don't bother me too much. Once its on the iPad, can't tell they are there. All the port cut-outs are in the right place, but i have some doubts the camera kit will fit perfectly, though i do not have the kit to test on it. Here are some photos:
