According to the tracking, I should have the case when I get home today. This should be interesting when he comes to me asking for the money back.

It is not the product we ordered. I would send the case back before giving him any money (though I would rather do neither :p).
 
Huh?!? I was going to request a refund today. Maybe I should still do so. I never got a tracking number. Or I could give it until the beginning of next week. Guess for <$10 I can wait a bit more.
 
Well imagine my surprise when I got home today and there was an iPad case on my porch. But guess what, its the one I ordered this week from a different seller posted in this thread, not the one from this jackass. It's nice, now I really don't care what happens with the other one. I will never retract my dispute or negative feedback
 
He (BKDiscount dirtbag) responded to my case, saying that it has shipped. He admits it's a different case - blames it on the shipper. Sick of his BS and want my $ back. I never approved this freaking replacement case and shouldnt have to deal with sending the damn thing back.
 
How is the quality of the case that he shipped out? Is it still well fitting and decent quality?

If so ill just take it. I have a steinheil AF on the way and I'd really like a tpu case to go with it. I might get a switch easy nude instead though. Depends on which works best for me. The switheasy is cheaper than the belkin though.
 
So I received the case this morning from the seller and needless to say, I'm very pissed off.

This case is absolutely nothing like what the OP posted up on the first page. I think the quality looks worse than what megax posted on page 8.

The case I received looks to be a rubber material. It looks rather filmsy as well.

Just got off the phone with ebay and now they need to create a new case for this. Since the seller did ship it out (after 2 ****ing weeks) they need to create a new case regarding the item not being like the one advertised. As this point, the ****ing seller is definitely killing time and giving himself breathing room.

If I could negative rep him 1 million times I would. ****ing dirtbag.

Seems like the case you got was solid black, mine is a dirty smoke looks brownish
 
I had ordered 2 from this guy (1 clear and 1 smoke) and today (3 weeks later) they arrived however they are totally different than what was shown/described in his eBay description - both that were shipped are Black and not see through. He wrote on the reciept "We only have Smoke".

This is far from ok. I have since left negative feedback and opened a case with eBay for a refund.

Oh, and I ordered from Quality Wireless a few days ago and don't have a tracking # yet. Asked them yesterday if it shipped - no response. Sure hope I am not headed down the same road w/ them!
 
I never did get a tracking number but a case showed up today. Black plastic, not clear, very flimsy and slick. I wanted something more tacky so I don't worry about dropping it on the ceramic tile floor.

In the box was an invoice dated 4/30 for $3 more than I actually paid.

Guess I'll be filing a complaint, too.

The guy has no business being in business. No sense whatever of customer service.
 
I got my case too. He actually sent me the clear one, but not the same one as the OP.

Pros

- it's a very good fit
- holes are all lined up perfectly
- it looks good on the iPad

Cons

- the back is slippery. It has the side grips on the back, but i rather the entire back be that way.
- there are parts of it that are dirty. Not horribly but still noticeable. And it doesn't clean off.

All in all I like the case. It's not the one I ordered so the negative feedback stays, and I already got my money back from eBay so right now i got it for free. We'll see if he even notices.
 
This guy is a total ******. I got my case today TWO weeks later (I'm in NJ so there's no excuse.) I emailed him several times over the last week and have gotten no response. The case I got today is black not clear, and on the packing slip he crossed out clear and wrote sorry only had this in stock. Now I'm stuck with this case that I don't want because it's not even worth it to pay return shipping if I use the resolution center. Why couldn't he just cancel my order if he didn't have what I wanted?? Horrible customer service really disappointed.

it all boils down to the general lack of self esteem they all feel. so they create these little drama scenes to feel like they actually have something worthwhile to say,

it is entertaining, but the abundance of it, especially on this forum is - is similar to what happened to hair metal and rap music. it all got bogged down in the excess of non original thinking.

I received my case today. It's not clear. It's not even 'smoke' although that's what is handwritten under the printed "Ipad Clear TPU Case" on my invoice. It's black.

It really doesn't seem to be that bad of a case. Good fit and the camera kit works with it.

But it's not what I ordered. I want a clear TPU case.

I added a note to my eBay case, which is currently in a state of waiting for the seller's response. I still haven't left any feedback although I can't see this resulting in anything but the worst feedback.

I guess I wait to see what eBay says? Or should I contact the seller directly and try for a refund? Has anyone been able to ship it back with a refund from the seller?

I'm not sure if it's worth it to buy an envelope and pay to ship it back. This may be a $10 lesson that I should just buy the damn Belkin case. :D

How's the case from Quality Wireless? I emailed the guy couple of times about availability, but never got a response. The Ebay auction shows 22 in stock. Is it worth getting this case?
 
mine arrived today after what, 2 weeks. I ordered one smoke and 1 clear, got a black one and a clear one. haven't fitted them yet, they seem okay ESP since I paid 7.50 each. At the rarity of iPad items I guess it's good to get something in hand.
 
Mine arrived today. I ordered clear. It's solid black, and a different style as most of you also have received. I tried to be patient, but this is unacceptable. I don't even care about the piddly $10 I spent. It's on principle now. I have NEVER had to neg someone on Ebay, but he's left me no choice. He hand wrote on the invoice "We only have smoke in stock."

Unreal. :mad:
