Why do carriers need to paste their logo all over the phone? We get it, you bought your phone with lolcom, so what?

Because they are insecure... Most folks know what network they are on without having to see the brand name plastered in their faces every-time they look at the device....

Its mostly only VZW. At&t seems to be just putting them on the battery door for the various new Sammy devices.

Nah I'm not a fan of rooting and the hassles of bootloaders and flashing and most of the people buying the GS4 could care less if they even know about those things. Not every Android user is a techie.

I have rooted and ROMed every phone I've had. I have yet to buy a device because of what developer support it may or may not get. I think you either like the phone or don't. Then again, I'm not a cyanogen fan
