Again, there are clearly different lighting settings on these two photos!! Try doing the same comparison with all the auto setting switched off (True Tone, auto brightness etc) and take the pictures in a place under the exact same lighting conditions! The screens on this photo look different, that’s for sure, but so do the backgrounds, hence the auto settings on the phone will adjust the screens accordingly. If you cant see that then no one can help you.

If you really want warmer colors you can turn on night shift by adjusting it for your liking 24/7 (say from 04:00 to 03:59). Weak levels don't really distort the colors but rather change the calibration characteristics.
 
What is that based on (both that the settings have been changed in iOS 14 and that they can't be changed)?
IF Apple changed something that would be display calibration profile/settings. Other than night shift workaround you don't have access to them.
 
Seems like a simple fix is to change the settings on the phone you think is different until the colors, warmth, brightness, etc. closely matches the phone you do like.

It is possible that Apple changed the way the settings work under iOS 14. It might even be unintentional, if the setting in iOS 13 and 14 operate a bit differently. Or as others have said, it could just be the differences in the screens. Both screens might not even be manufactured by the same company. At any rate, just change the settings until you get the results that make you happy. This isn't a big deal, just a tiny inconvenience...

Well, that would be an "if", but beyond that there are options to adjust a variety of screen settings beyond Night Shift (Settings > Accessibility > Display & Text Size and various options there like Color Filters, Reduce White Point, etc.).

you can see in iOS 13 is more warm than iOS 14.there’s no tempered glass installed all setting like auto tune,auto brightness ,reduce white point is checked,done all verification.same phone iPhone X

In this photo itself you can see that the background is darker in the 13.7 picture and lighter in the 14 picture. This has also to do with color temperature the camera used to click the photo.. there really are several variables. This cannot be done as we are trying to do here. Your best bet is to take it to an Apple Store and talk to them about your concerns.
 
Unless you are comparing the same phone (not model, the actual phone) , with the same LCD, with the same brightness setting with the same true tone calibration that calibrates with the exact lighting at the exact time of day, I say the difference is negligible. Most people wont even notice or care. Comparing 2 phones side by side is not a way to test. Upgrade the the other one to IOS14 and see if the issue still exists. If it does, its hardware related and not ios 14. Then we can compare ios14 vs ios14 on different hardware.

Sorry “buddy” but the same model phone is utterly insufficient. You need to test the exact same display. There are variations in both LCD and OLED displays. White point varies between displays. Even with calibration there are variations.

It is extremely unlikely that a software update did this. All you’ve done is likely “noticed” a different between two different screens. Likely they came from different assembly lines.
