What is the turn around time typically? A few weeks? Months?

In my experience it is a few weeks. I have never used his adapters so not sure there.
As Snoopy mentioned, a few weeks usually.
As for the quality of the adapters, he was using watchshoppe originally, not sure if he still does. Nevertheless, I've never had any issues with his adapters so far.
Mine was a gift so not really sure on price, but I know it varies based in buckle and whether you need adapters. I believe he will give you a quote if you email or text him. As for colors, in addition to black, I've seen him post pictures of blue and green.
