Compass off 90 degrees?

Ha just checked mine and when I point directly south it says 36 degrees NE.

Strange indeed. My M5 iPad on The last beta shows North correctly.

Phone rotated, North is where it should be.

Just done a hard reset and it's showing correctly now.

Robjak reminded me to ALWAYS do a hard reboot after any update. Not only on your phone but watch and laptop, too! My iPad had been rebooted as I turn it off between uses, where my iPhone stays on 24/7.

Calibrating the compass should do the trick. Whenever I use the compass, I move my phone around so I can be sure it's calibrated/locked in. I've never had to restart or do a hard reset to fix incorrect readings.

Reboot fixed it amping other problems.

I’m experiencing this too. Reboot fixes it temporarily, but eventually drifts again. Super annoying!

You are right. Just checked mine and it is off by 15-17 degrees! WTF!
