I have been using Comply foam tips for years, and when I got my AirPods Pro's I ordered a set for them. I got the version 2. I got medium size which are ok but when I need to reorder I will likely get the large size. My ears are such that the APP's dont seat very deep, I still don't get a perfect seal even with the Comply's but they are much more secure and have not fallen out.

Agree Comply are very secure and sound is good. I get a very slight ache from wearing them for longer periods of time, and thought one of these "hybrids" might do that less and be a compromise.

Got it. The Comply ones seem good enough (I'm not a major "seal" guy anyway) so far, so hoping those Symbo ones that @StG mentioned upthread are similar.

Just got Comply tips Tuesday. When I used to wear other companies' in-ear monitors, I'd always go for the memory foam because I couldn't get an optimal seal with their silicone tips. So I was glad to find an available option for the AirPods Pros.

The Good: They're not passing the AirPods Pro "fit" test, according to my iPhone, but I feel like I'm getting the same level of bass (which is what tends to suffer without an airtight seal for in-ear monitors). They feel infinitely more secure than the silicone tips, and I can wear these for longer periods of time without discomfort.

The Bad: I do suspect these are going to degrade quickly if I wear them while exercising. At $25 for 3 pairs, they're quite pricy compared to the Shure foam tips (those were 5 pairs for $15). One tip did pop off when I tried to adjust an AirPod while on a phone call.

So far, I'm glad to have purchased them.
