Constant com.apple.PhotoIngestService crashes

Since the most recent beta update to Sierra (16A313a), I started getting literally constant crashes of com.apple.PhotoIngestService. Pops up soon after boot, then every time any app launches, or I check my email, etc. - the "quit unexpectedly "window pops up... over and over. I have reported this to Apple several times via Feedback Assistant (which often times out before the report finishes sending???).

Seems the previous beta was less problematic for me...
