what is the constant quality level?!its not showing!

Constant Quality adjust how much compression (data reduction) to add. The lower the number the less (higher quality). 20 is recommended as the lowest setting but my iPad so far has had no trouble handling 18. Going to try 16 next though you are reaching into the point of demising returns at the cost of larger file sizes.

True, it's not very useful unless you only have a 1080p version and don't want to convert that one file just so that you can view it on the iPad. However, it suggests that it might be technically possible for Apple to enable 1080p output, but I'm not expecting them to do so.wonderful, but i dont see that as beneficial if you cant export it to a TV screen (or similar) that can actually benefit from the resolution increases and bitrate enhancements.
at those rates, even on a 64GB model you could only fix 4-5 movies on the ipad.![]()

About as much chance as seeing Flash.. Apple seems firmly against 1080 and a strong 720 supporter.
