Converting to epub

I usually fix these problems by converting the PDF to HTML firrt--Adobe has free online converter for that (just Google Adobe PDF HTML convert). Then I use Calibre to convert the HTML to epub. A few stray alignment problems still make it through sometimes, but it's easy to fix those in the HTML file before you convert to epub.
