Crutial or Kingston

What ever you do, don't get generic ram. Macs are fairly fussy about the quality of the ram you put in, and may even refuse to boot up with dodgy ram. The only sticks I get these days are from Crutial or Kingston.

Good luck!

well i got the corsair ram from best buy, it only cost me $88 on my employee discount. Corsair is a good company though, so it should work. if it doesnt ill just return it and get something else.

if the first chip doesnt work (but it should work) return it and try a different chip. sometimes with non-big-name manufactures, it takes a couple tries to find the chip that works. my brother has a mac mini G4 and it took 2 tries from fry's to find a chip that worked. when i got a 1GB chip for my core solo, (for $77 bucks, 67 if i had actually sent in the rebate form, oops!) it worked fine on the first try, and honestly, i dont think it even had a brand name on it!

you will really enjoy the mac mini!
