Couch Surfer Flash Problem

if you use 1 and it gives you the 1vs2 replace the 1 with a 2

Trying to get Flash working in the new Couch Surfer. I have the appropriate files but am unable to move the CoreAudioKit.framework file over becuase of insufficient privelages.

I'm pretty sure I need to move it over via terminal (instead of transmit or cyberduck) but I used these commands and failed. I keep getting a message that says "Protocol major versions differ: 1 vs. 2"

Am I supposed to substitute the "~" symbol with my username? Is it something else I'm missing. I'm not very good with terminal.

ANY help would be GREATLY appreciated, I'm SOOOOOOOOO close to getting flash working.

Just use the number 2 and not number 1 and it will work.

I am sorry it this is not ok to post, but I am in a real bind and I am hoping that someone can help me out. I just got an apple tv, and I did it just so I could watch hulu through boxee. Well that fell apart and now I am trying to get flash installed in Couchsurfer. The problem is that I dont own a Mac and I cannot find the Flash Player.plugin file that I need to put on the apple tv. Is there someone who might be able to help me out and post the file here? Thanks

The files you need are copyrighted by Apple. So you will have to buy a Tiger CD / DVD.

You may have to wait for another solution, as Hulu performance through CouchSurfer + Flash is unacceptable -- choppy video, and no ability to login to Hulu or fullscreen the player.

Unless I'm missing some settings to change, of course.

Yeah, hulu is really choppy. What I was really hoping to do was to go directly to nbc.com and play the videos from there. I dont understand why the flash player plugin file is copyrighted by Apple. Isn't it part of Adobe Flash?

also, justin.tv says flash version not supported but its the latest one.

Just the standard atv flash installation. It works but crashes a lot and framerates aren't too great. Doesn't feel stable at all. You need a mouse pointer app as the standard remote wont do it. Worth a try though, if ATV flash does another update especially.
