I can't do extreme heat or humidity. I like it cold, coz then I can wrap up warm and look like a stupid idiot, but stay warm nonetheless. I can't exactly walk into the middle of Bath in my underwear can I? That would have the girls screaming

This is why I love seasons. I'd hate to live somewhere tropical where it's either hot + wet or hot + dry. Gimme spring, summer, autumn and winter and I'll be happy. Admittedly, I spend summer in the pool though.

No, no, no! We only need summer. Nothing below 10 degrees C is worthwhile. I've been outside in -32 degrees C/-26 degrees F and I never want to experience that again.

I'd even like to live in Malaysia where they have two summers.

I'd bet that you wear your underwear into Bath every time you go there--the fact that you're wearing other clothes over them has little to do with it. :p

Yeah, but our winter doesn't get that cold. It's winter right now and it's 18°C.

Winter in Floriduh is generally between 10 and 25 degrees C per day, which is reasonable. I've had ice on my car, infrequently and had to wear a winter jacket a few times, but it stays reasonably nice. Where I'm moving is another matter...

Winter in Aus...

19°C and nary a cloud in sight, the ocean is full of surfers. This photo was taken about an hour ago.

Coldest temp I've been in: -50°C in Lake Louise, Canada
Hottest temp I've been in: 51°C in Phoenix, USA

Awesome!! I've got a 100°C spread.

Fun Fact: On that day when it was -50°C in Canada it was 45°C in Sydney.

Another Fun Fact:

Marble Bar in Western Australia experienced 161 consecutive days when the temperature never dropped below 100°F in ending in April 1924.
