I had a DiskWarrior Flash drive and had to erase it and start from scratch. Now while trying to do that I am getting a greyed out menu.

I know that I have a Recovery partition on this iMac (Ventura), I am guessing it's incompatible. How do I go about feeding Disk Warrior what it wants?

DiskWarrior cannot repair APFS disks anyway, so it's not useful for the boot disk on a computer that's running Ventura. There's not really any need to make a recovery disk for DiskWarrior anymore as a result, unless you have much older Macs around.
