Thunderbolt? Not likely. USB 4.0 which is defacto Thunderbolt 3? Prob. Especially if Apple really is prepping ARM-powered Macs because they'll be developing the support into the SoC or SiP. I know that sounds like splitting hairs but I think the distinction may be important but who can say until USB 4.0 is officially in the wild.

Micro-LED would be great, but I still think an OLED iPad or, even better, a quantum-dot OLED like Apple has been developing for several years. Samsung has already announced intentions to move away from LCDs to OLED-only. Not like Apple to jump ahead of the curve in this regard, but one can dream!
Future Apple devices could merge the enhanced power efficiency of quantum dot LED and speed of response of OLED screens in one unit, offering the best of both worlds in terms of battery life and image quality.
