Has anyone found a way to bypass the 7 day limit?
Do you mean the certificate used to jailbreak 9.3.2-9.3.3?

If so…install a certificate that's valid for more than 7 days? I hear there's a valid one year cert out there somewhere.

Jailbreaking doesn't get much easier than this:

Link to jailbreak tool is in the video description. This installs the 1-year certificate.

I'm actually on iOs 9.3.4 NOT jailbroken iPhone and have been using Cydia Impactor to transfer ipas with no issue. However, I am limited to 10 ipas every 7 days. Certain transfered apps through ipa become unopenable after a period of time, hence forcing me to retransfer the ipa through Cydia Impactor. But I am limited to a certain amount of ipas each 7 days.
I was wondering if there is a way to bypass this 7 days limit?
How to get the 1 year certificat without complete jailbreak?

You would have to get a developer certificate from a 3rd party source.

What're you doing that requires you to self-sign so many ipas? The only thing I can think of needing to self-sign are emulators or something like Kodi (formerly XBMC). And if you are a developer, I'd assume you would have a developer's account

I've never tried any of the listed sources, nor do I vouch for their validity
