Yes.it started happening occasionally a couple of days ago after I downloaded Beta ios 14.2 and
now every time I open up.I have reported it to Beta.I removed beta profile but keeps doing it.Now back and waiting update.

That makes no difference. Well, except if Apple needs to roll out a new build if the issue is with the build used for the current Beta, you won't get it, meaning you will keep getting the problem whilst the rest of us get a fix.

Just have to suck it up until it's fixed.

I think the problem might be on the Update server end, due to the nature of how the issue started and changed. It's like the update server has told our devices that the build we are using is due to expire imminently, which would explain the sudden increase of nudges to update.

That's a bit dramatic, don't you think? It's certainly possible to work around it despite how annoying it is.

iPad OS 14.2 is also having the update pop up frequently. By frequently I mean one right after another sometimes with each application refresh or page refresh.

I'm debating on rolling back to 14.1 myself. There is literally NO compelling reason to keep 14.2 beta.
