Datacase vs Mobilefinder

I haven't tried DataCase, but from what I understand, it uses ftp to connect to Windows machines. Which means that if you are using a Windows computer, DataCase doesn't offer any advantage over the other file transfer programs as far as transferring files is concerned.

EXACTLY!!! What advantage does DataCase have over MobileFinder in a PC environment??? I keep reading how bonjour is the bomb ... but that is Mac only ... so in a PC environment, seems to me they are both equal, just one costs less. Let me know your thoughts.

So if I install this, DataCase will make an iPhone/Touch show up as a hard drive on Windows? Has anyone actually tried this?

I got DataCase working. I deleted the application and then I loaded onto my iphone again and it seems to work perfectly.

as soon as i installed datacase my itunes could not see my iphone until i uninstalled datacase - re-installing did notwork for my - was your iphone detected by itunes first time around ?
