Nice. Here’s mine.Well, to close out the year, I’ve burned 803 kcal/day for the year:
Total ~ 293 Mcal
And exercised an average of 74 min/day:
Total ~ 27,010 min or ~ 450 hrs or Just over 18.5 days
And biked ~ 4,300 miles (indoor).
So I am aiming to do better in 2025

Got this done today.Mine is to double my exercise goal 9 times.
At least it got off the 14 kick!
Great job! I hit 900 kcal/day this year, but last year I basically didn't exercise and averaged only ~250 kcal/day. I'm hoping to average 1,000/day or more next year.
Nice! I did miss February’s due to a couple of challenging days and a rough start to the year but I hope the next year 2025 will bring us more positive vibes to our health and happiness.Reflecting on 2024, I successfully completed all the monthly challenges. It feels great, and I’m genuinely proud of myself.
