HomeKit Deleted by OP

So, after a year of dithering I finally upgrade HomeKit. Unfortunately, it didn't go smoothly. After the update my devices and our daughter's devices are OK. However, this is what my wife see's on her iPhone 13 (17.4.1):

What did I do wrong?

I don't know what went awry but, try manually adding her and see what happens.
