I called in my order and used coupon codes so i don't know what the dell guy you talked to is talking about. When i asked the guy I was taliking to (sorry, I don't remember his name) if I could use the $60 off coupon he said he had to check something and came back a minute later and said no problem. It's probably just who you talk to when you place your order.
