Thanks for posting this!! BatteryUsageEnhancer is definitely a lot better than Detailedbattery Usage! This thing needs to be in Cydia

So I charged my phone over night, used it for s couple hours this morning already for music and I'm curious as to what the 69% battey drain is. Is that in the last 24 hours? So 1:32 of on screen usage and 4:29 of background?

Anyone have any ideas what 'ubd' is? Tried a google search and found it maybe related to icloud syncing but never had this problem before.

Seems to drain the battery a lot.

Yup, it can be a little confusing. I'm still not used to it myself lol

Says low signal, so I'd take it literal and assume it has something to do with being in low signal areas most the day

Follow this link: https://www.dropbox.com/s/hdslm1h4m...yusageenhancer_0.0.1-16_iphoneos-arm.deb?dl=0

It'll lead to the Dropbox with a download, click it and then it'll show the file in a new page and in the upper right will be an ifile option, select and it'll take you to ifile. Select the install option and once it's done just reboot your phone

Having problems with this too.
My PC can't open the file after I download it and I can't seem to download it to the my iFile. Any help?

Can you actually download the deb file itself?

You should be able to just click the link, then click Download. You should then have the option to 'Open in iFile...'

I installed it just now like this, because I'm a masochist:

1) Downloaded the .deb file to my desktop
2) Open iFile, click the globe icon in the bottom-left corner to turn on the web server.
3) Wait for web server to start(it'll say "accepting connections at http://192.168.x.x:10000" - maybe different numbers for you)
4) Type that whole http://192.168.x.x:10000 bit into my PC browser
5) Browse to User/Media
6) Click the 'browse' button, find my .deb file on the desktop, then click the Upload button
7) Close the web server in iFile(top-right Done button)
8) Head to the Media folder(I clicked the house icon)
9) Tap the .deb file and choose 'Installer'
10) It said database was locked by another process. This was because Cydia was open. Closed Cydia.
11) After installation I rebooted the phone. Finished!

If you have any app that can download stuff you can save yourself a lot of hassle(and skip steps 2-7, simply head to the folder of the application you used). For example: GoodReader, iDownloads+, ClipDL, Safari Download tweak...

I did exactly what kalirob99 said and it worked. You download from your phone, not your PC

Ubd background activity

Since I updated to 8.1 and Pangu, my battery has been terrible, draining 40% while I slept. I think ubd background activity is the main culpret, but can't figure out what to do to fix it. Attached are screenshots. Please help me!

UBD background

I also thought that might help. It's been almost 24 hr since I updated and used Taig. ubd background activity is still at 41% Thanks for you help.

ubd is iCloud related I believe

I went into iCloud and turned off some of the settings including keychain. I also deleted System/Library/PrivateFrameworks/Ubiquity.framework/Versions/A/Support/ubd

The battery use for ubd almost non existant now and I don't seem to have any new problems.

Does anyone know if there is a directory or list of the launch daemons? I am interested to know what exactly "aggregated", "ScreenOff" and "backboardd". Aggregated and backboardd are listed as "background activity".

I recently installed applist, opennotifier and libstatusbar. I am wondering if one of those are the culprits.

Thanks!
