I just reset my phone and did a clean install of everything (not restored from backup) because I was having weird issues with the camera. The reset fixed the issue but now I have a very small issue that is driving me crazy.

My email and contacts sync through Office 365/Exchange. If I go to contacts -> Lists there is now a list called "iPhone" with 0 contacts. This empty iPhone list was never there before. I have verified on my wife's phone which is the same phone and IOS and same type of email account that she does not have the "on my phone list'. I never had that empty list on my phone before the reset.

I looked through all the setting and specifically all through the contacts part of settings but dont see a way to disable it.
it's driving me nuts! how do i turn this off?

Bonus question (maybe I should start a new thread for this):
Other than clicking "ignore" duplicate contacts, is there a way to permanently turn off duplicate contact check?

Thanks
