I actually really like the coral color. Also my wife just got her green sport band in yesterday and that color looks WAY better in person than I had expected, might have to pick one up for my SS watch.

I have the pink band coming and I love the color. It is more of a beige pink in my opinion and not as pink as it appears on the website, but not coral either. I have looked at it in person and tried it on in the store.
Edited to say that I was thinking of the wrong pink band. I'm getting the pink modern buckle and automatically thought that was the band that was being described as coral. My bad.

And I like the coral/salmon color. I have the pink silicone case for my iPhone 6 and I think the watch band is pretty much the same color. The sports bands seem to be the same color as the iPhone 6 cases, or am I wrong?

I don't care about "product red".. I just like red. And red with space gray should look awesome.
It's a matter of demographics, in the major metropolitan cities of CA it's highly popular and accepted for heterosexual, metrosexual and gay men to wear pink even when in a suit in the upper echelon.
I actually rather liked the coral color (for a guy) but I felt like it wouldn't work in as many situations or environments as I'd like so I stuck with white. Eventually I might get more sport bands but who knows. I'd be stuck between coral or blue. Or maybe I should save up for a link?

i really hope they come out with some of the pink bands that were on that tray of exclusive/special bands we saw a while back (also had some different blues).
Now those were pretty pinks... some pale (like ballet pink) and some brighter...
the godawful one they are currently selling is just ugly and nasty.... well ok... not really ugly and nasty if they had called it what it was: salmon or coral... it's most definitely NOT PINK!

I disagree, it's a classy subtle pink, not a "hey, look at me I'm pink!" which is why I like it.
Mine came today. I decided to keep the pink over the white I had. I don't want the band to look dirty and I think the white one will get dirtier more quickly. Sorry there isn't more band in the pic. I am not a pink lover but this shade is good IMHO. There is a watch protector on it for the moment. Female...42 sport.

It always looked coral to me from the pics, I dont know how people saw a more bright or solid pink.
I think it's a good choice though. I like how it's not really a loud or bright pink but rather subtle. I think they should've went with a darker "light blue" that also didn't seem so pastel like bright.
I also really think they also should've done away with the lime green just for the reason that it just doesn't seem like a popular color at all.

Agree that the pink band isn't that pink. Interestingly, the real one is more like the Edition's greyish pink.
Anyway, my wife love it. She actually prefer this colour, however, it's too expensive to get the Edition by considering it's the 1st gen product. So, now she get what she want with a much lower cost.

I thought all the Sport bands look pretty good actually, particularly the pink and green, but I don't like the blue. It's too baby blue for me. I'm a guy too.

What about the color calibration of your monitor? A very well known issue for mismatching colors between the original photo Apple produced and how it is shown on your own monitor/screen. WYSI(n)WYG! ;-)

Both are awesome color styles, but I HATE the buckle. I really like the feel and snap on the official sports band. If Casetify comes out with better band buckles I will consider it.
I guess for now I am just gonna wait until better 3rd party ones come out.
I don't hate it, but it's not my favorite color. I would have preferred something a bit more fuchsia.
Maybe it's just my imagination, but oddly enough it seems to be more comfortable than either my white or green sport bands. It arrived yesterday, and I swapped it out this morning. Today is the first day since April 24th that I haven't fidgeted with the position of the band throughout the day.
