Firefox Focus works really well on the iPhone but on the iPad it doesn’t remove the frames so you end up with whitespaces. Purify works correctly on the iPad with no whitespaces.

And so it does.

Turns out I purchased a bunch of adblockers when iOS 9 was released (purify, 1blocker, crystal, got them all). Fun downloading them all again and trying them out one by one.

question, somehow I never knew of these apps until recently when ios11 got released and everyone talked about how their ad blockers were not working...apps like 1blocker or the Firefox Focus, are they only for ads in safari or also for other apps like facebook and such which display ads?

How about on the desktop side? Tell me some sites to visit where I would notice a difference with one of these blockers installed?

I am assuming this is why whenever I search for something online it pops up all over facebook and side bars all over? Safari is suppose to prevent this in the new release put I assume these apps have been doing this forever now...

Crystal does work with beta 4

Go to settings / safari / turn off crystal close safari
Open crystal / turn off blocking / close crystal
Re-open crystal / turn on blocking
Go back to settings/safari/ turn on crystal
Open safari

Ive used Purify, Adguard Pro, and 1Blocker now. 1Blocker is giving me the best results with iOS 11.
