I just confirmed only bypass message app, 3rd party app messages will not bypass

How did you confirm it?

Emergency bypassed family member, enabled DND. Sent regular message got sound notification on lock screen. After tried Viber for same registered contact and phone number sent message and got notification but without sound on lock screen. The 3rd party app did not bypass DND even thou it was registered with the bypassed number. Like the post above it is within Callkit.
