iPhone Do not update to latest libstausbar

Huh. I upgraded yesterday or Friday, and again this morning around 7. No issues with either. Wonder if I just missed the bad versions.
 
Broke my phone too (intelliscreenx 6 needed libstatusbar) and would immediately / always stay on safe mode. But the new libstatusbar update has seemed to fix the problem :D
 
Installed it yesterday and updated again today, no problems here. But I don't think I currently have any tweak installed that needs it, maybe that's why.
 
If I remember correctly all you have to do when you get into safe mode is remove mobile substrate , it will remove all of the JB tweaks but you wouldn't have to restore .
 
I updated too and have had no problems whatsoever. Could it be that it is not libstatusbar itself that is faulty, but only in combination with certain tweaks?
 
I think there is still a problem with this. My reeder app now forces a reboot when I try to load it. I gota Cydia icon this morning to update libstatus so I think thatis the culprit.
 
What repo is it apart of because I don't see it anymore. I want to delete it but its not in my packages section even though I updated it earlier today.
 
The new one still isn't working, install it and as soon as I open Cydia, phone goes into safe mode

Maybe you should install iCleaner and clean all that junk up.

How many tweaks did you install? 40?

What gives you the idea this poster has 40 tweaks ?
That is actually a fairly small number.
I currently have 109 packages on my iPhone 5 (which of course includes the required dependency packages)

Fairly small number for what ?
Are you seriously saying that 109 packages is absolutely fine and is guaranteed not to cause problems?

It is fine for me and does not cause me any issues.
But to guarantee it for others, depends on their experience with modding iPhones.

Besides, somewhere between 10-15 of his 40 packages are support packs installed by Cydia at it's first use.

I recommend staying clear of this mornings libstatusbar update (0.9.6.1-5) if you use IntelliscreenX6.
It breaks Intelliscreen. Stay with 0.9.6.1-3 for now.

I'm using 1-5 and my intelliscreenx is working just fine.
 
The newest version prevents mine from loading.
(The failure didn't happen on respring but showed up when I did a reboot to test the update)
Apparently, it is also breaking some other NC packs as well.

Edit: I did some testing of this when I first saw it and was getting the conflict before doing the Springtomize2 update. Apparently this new libstatusbar and the previous version of Springtomize2 didn't play well together and the fallout from that was interfering with IntelliscreenX6 loading (at least on my phone). So, I have now gotten all 3 to cooperate !

I updated this morning, i haven't had any problems…
now there is a new update for it and I'm afraid of updating it hahaha
