I've been lucky. My 3 macs, and my 4 Dell monitors have no dead or stuck pixels. I had a 17" gooseneck iMac several years ago that developed one stuck pixel which drove me crazy. I ended up selling it.

Stuck, huge cluster in the bottom right quadrant and scattered throughout.
