I have a macbook 2.16 ghz black with no dead pixels (at least I haven't noticed any!)

I do not have any dead pixels. Or any other pixels, for that matter. As for the computers, none of the Macs I use have any dead pixels.

I can't say none, but I can' vote for 1-2 either since I have one pixel that gets stuck every now and then.

Dead pixels are the one thing that will drive me nuts.

I had one dead pixel on one of the three defective MacBook Pros I bought. Some might say that's "within spec" or whatever but that combined with the very uneven backlighting and the many issues I'd already had with the previous machine(s) was enough to warrant a return. I'm currently MBP-less.

i have AT LEAST 8 stuck "ON" pixels in black screen.

dint bother to check white or coloured for "OFF" pixels, cos i know 8 would get me the exchange already.

Same for my MacBook. But i'm really glad it still can display black (movies etc.), my iMac has none thank god.
