I just got my series 3. I ordered it with the sport loop because, frankly, it was something different than the sport bands I have. I can’t decide what I think of it.

If you’ve been wearing one for a while, what do you think of it? Does it soften up some over time?

I guess I’m just not sure what to expect, and I thought I’d ask before I sell it and get another sport band.

I live the sport bands. I have the nike (crimson/black), the white seashell and Apple black. I don't wear the nike crimson (exclusive to the watch I bought) so I will probably sell it bit not because it is not comfortable.

My sport loop is my every day wear--love it

Does it soften up or get more pliable after wearing it a while? What I don’t like is how the side where it loops through is doubly thick and kind of bulges out a bit; wondering if that’s gonna tone down a bit...

I love mine.

To get an accurate heart reading when working out, I need a tight band.

I killed the nylon woven band that came with my watch doing this... after a few months, the pin hole for when I wore the band tight stretched to the point it looked dumb, and didn’t keep the watch tight enough to keep the heart rate accurately.

I love how easily and precisely the Sport loop band adjusts!!

I’ve only had it for a week so haven’t had a chance to see if the bulge goes down any. Personally, it doesn’t bother me.

Trying to decide between the sports band and the sports loop. Decisions...decisions!

Well I can’t say that I love the sport bands because here in Louisiana, I spend a LOT of time hot, and the sport bands don’t really breathe - that’s for sure! Honestly though, I just don’t love the sports loop. It feels okay on, but the way the looped side bulges out just bothers me. Even pulled pretty tightly, it just looks funny to me.

I’m thinking I’ll see if anyone is interested in a trade.

I tried the Apple Sports loop in the store along with the Nike version. I don’t know why, but the Nike felt softer. I bought one off eBay for my Space Black. It looks great, it’s nice and soft, and I don’t know if it’s my mind, but the bulge does appear to settle in after a while of wearing.

Same combination that I am using, believe the dark colored bands tend to disguise the loop

....I like the concept of the Sport Loops however I think Apple completely messed up with the colours.

Their so called Midnight Blue band is more purple than any kind of blue and similarly, their so called Black band is more brown, than black, in real life.

:(

I returned the blue one because I didn’t like the pink undertones but have a black one inst ax and like it a lot. I don’t really notice the bulge now; I’m not sure it’s any less bulgy than it was though.

I’m about to pick up a dark olive one but not sure I can justify the expense so that may go back unopened.

I picked up the black sport loop and love it it is very comfortable just a bit confused why there is gold specs in it. And it has to be the most comfortable watch band ever I love how I can make it tight for Health readings with out stressing the band

Up till now after upgradeing my series 0 to a series 3 my normal band rotation was a imatation black leather loop band in the winter and the very uncomfortable and a pain to take off put on black sports band in the summer. Because I live in vegas I was afraid of sweat from our summer heat discoloring the leather band. In june we had a 117 degree day and a lot of days close to that. Ironically I passed out in August after the heat broke and the leather loop band tore at the area that held the lugs in but it wasn’t discolored:)

I’m curious to how the sport loop will hold up in our summer heat. Right now I’m wearing it instead of swapping back to my lens leather loop band and fake link bracelet the comfort of the band is hard to resist

So-called "Midnight Blue" is more white than blue.

That said, I was very sceptical of these bands, but bought one on a whim and wear it more than any other strap. The comfort trumps everything.

Do I love it? Yes. I wear my bands differently than my husband (we both wear our watches on the left wrist). If it's a two part band I wear the short side towards me always. With the loop band, the loop goes on the far side. I don't really see the looped end that way and it doesn't bother me. I find it super comfortable, soft and lightweight.

After waiting the extra time for the Nike model, I wound up giving my black/platinum loop to my mother. At 83, I figured she deserved it. She is able to put it on more easily than any other band she's tried, and it fits her tiny wrists. I have a knock-off coming soon, so I'll settle for it. Meanwhile, I'm using this one, which I love more and more every day.

I loved the sport loop for my AW but it’s a 38mm version and I found the loop to short.
A shame it wasn’t longer.

The sport loop is my new favorite. My new watch came with the shell color, and I also bought the electric pink. I’m actually not sure the electric pink looks that great with the gold, but it’s still my favorite, because I like bright colors. I have a knockoff orange sport loop coming... we’ll see how it compares.
