The only things I use Windows for are Softimage XSI and Visual C# for coding/debugging the Xbox 360.

I use Parallels most of the time, unless I'm using XSI then I'll boot into XP.

Actually, now that I use Leopard, Windows is now the awkward one for me. It's 90/10, favoring the Mac. :)

Similar here.

In order to make the win environment decent, I have modified it so it looks like and functions vaguely like Leopard. Much nicer that way...

Here is Win and OS X:

My main OS is definitely OS X. I have XP installed on a little 32 GB partition of it's own for when I need to run Windows programs or want to play games.

I had Vista on there for a short time, but wiped it and put XP back on before I even activated it. Hopefully 7 will convince me to stop partying like it's 2001.

I used to have boot camp installed on my MBP for games but it was using up too much disc so I wiped it once I finished the games I had. Now I have Parallels and XP but I would say I am 100% OS X. Technically, while I do boot Windows to run some stuff (DVD fab for instance) I don't use Windows itself. I just boot the damn thing and run the program. The data is written to my Mac partition and when it finishes I shut Windows down again. I don't browse the web, do e-mail, use Explorer to manage files or anything. I am simply using it as an analogue of Classic especially since I am running in seamless mode so Windows simply doesn't appear to be there.

I keep a small WinXP Pro session in VMWare Fusion (along with Ubuntu, and probably tomorrow, NetBSD 5 :D), but it's strictly to run the odd windows app (pretty rarely), or to help a family member with XP.

I switched away from Windows for a reason, and OS X is just WAY ahead of both XP and Vista - and although Win 7 is looking decent (I've tried one or two of the betas so far), I don't think I'll be really impressed with Windows again unless Microsoft decides to base their OS on UNIX like Apple did.

I've tried Win 7 RC and it is so much faster than Vista that I thought it was actually quicker than XP. It isn't though. Running the two side by side, Win 7 definitely lags but compared with Vista it is at least usable. MS should be truly *ASHAMED* of Vista and I guess they are given how quickly they have shoved Win 7 out the door.

I still don't see people prefering Win 7 to XP on netbooks but I guess they'll have it forced on them. Just hoping ARM based netbooks start to come out.

At my dads company(he's an architec spelt wrong:/) they all have Macs but mostly run windows, they use leopard for designing and 3D virtual building view stuff. But it's mostly paperwork and well windows is a lot better for paper work, stacks and stuff. They also use some exe programs on windows aswell
