iPad Do you think pro apps will ever come to the iPad?

I think for many the disappointment or lack thereof will be based on whether there is extended monitor support or not. Rumors converge on a sort of desktop mode. Personally I couldn't care less about a desktop mode, unless it works on an external monitor. At this point, external monitor support is far from an unrealistic expectation. Let's hope it's finally time.
The unrealistic expectation would be MacOS or even just full (instead of cut-down versions at best) desktop apps coming to iPad.

I’m 100% buying the M2 iPad Pro this fall. My storage is almost full and Apple did cut the 2020 iPad Pro from some new features, like full external monitor support

Now that iPadOS has swap memory, it can actually support pro apps.
