At home, no. I have dual displays and I don't like not having use of one monitor if an app is in full screen on the other.
When I'm not using an external display, yes, I do use apps in full screen mode. Particularly Safari. It really doesn't help my workflow because I'm used to having two displays to multitask. With one display I'm constantly flicking back and forth between apps but I rarely multitask if I'm not sitting at my desk.
